As Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood of Strings have bid farewell to Coke Studio, the new man who is the in-charge of the Coke Studio season 11 is Ali Hamza of Noori Band.

A couple of weeks ago, speculations have been doing the rounds that Noori Band has taken over the charge as producer of the latest season of Coke Studio but according to reports, it’s just Ali Hamza who will single handedly manage the show.

A source revealed to The Express Tribune, “Hamza will be producing the Coke Studio now. Ali Noor is busy with some of his own projects and will not be able to give time to Coke Studio but Hamza will be taking care of business.”

Ali Hamza is the younger brother of Noori lead vocalist, Ali Noor and has been the part of the band since its inception. He has been part of the band as backing vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Having worked as one half of the illustrious pop-rock band, Noori, Ali Hamza has also showcased his individual musical prowess in recent times with his solo act, Sanwal.

He has been a part of Coke Studio, both as a featured artist and guest musician in previous seasons. However, he takes it up a notch by lending his signature musical stylings as music director in Season 10.
