Captain Marvel is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Carol Danver or Captain Marvel. This is the first female superhero standalone film in the marvel cinematic universe. The film is being produced under the Marvel cinematic universe. This is going to be the 21st film of the Marvel cinematic universe. Principal photography has already begun in Los Angeles and other parts of the film will also be shot California, New Orleans and different parts of the United States.

He first look of the film has been revealed by the makers and the film will be hitting the big screens on March 8 2019. Entertainment weekly has revealed 10 images of Brie Larson as Captain Marvel they also tweeted on their official Twitter account where they posted ““The future is female! According to the comic books Captain Marvel plays a very important role in defeating Thanos and in the end of Avengers: Infinity War we can see Nick Fury who calls Captain Marvel for help, thus giving us a hint that Captain Marvel will be playing a huge role in defeating Thanos and saving the world.

Jude Law is playing the villain in the film as Cheetah apart from Brie Larson, Jude and Samuel L Jackson the film will also be starring Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Rune Temte, Mckenna Grace, Lee Pace, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto and Clark Gregg.

The film will be taking us back to the times of 90’s and we will also see Samuel L Jackson a much younger version of the Shield agent and with both of his eyes intact. Captain Marvel will be joining the avengers for the mega war against Thanos in Avengers 4. We are expecting many other female standalone films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and rumors have it that there will be an all-female superhero film.
