Stephen Kings Adaptation of IT became the highest grossing horror film last year. Critics from all over the world loved the film and the film got a total of 88% score on rotten tomatoes. It was expected by many people that Pennywise would come back and now its time for some good news he really is coming back to the big screens one more time.
Andy Muschietti who directed the first part of the film will be coming to direct the film and the film will be releasing on September 6 2019. The shooting of the film is supposed to commence in summers in Toronto.
The film is based on the horror novel written by Stephen King and the film showcases a dark soul who appears as a clown called pennywise the dancing clown, and it comes to life after every 27 years. Pennywise the clown hunts down children. In the first part of the film some children from the Losers club who are bullied by everyone confront pennywise and they send him back from where he came.
The second chapter of the film will be showing us that the kids have all grown up and have returned back to their town but they they don’t know that they will be confronting Pennywise one more time.
Director Andy Muschietti has confirmed that Jessica Chastain will be playing the role of the girl and she also worked with Andy Muschietti back in 2013 for the film MAMA. While the complete cast of the film has yet to be decided. Bill Skarsgård will be coming back to reprise his role of Pennywise also known as IT. The actors performance was appreciated worldwide by the critics as he played Pennywise, James McAvoy has been cast as the leader of the Loser’s Club, Bill Denbrough, played in the previous film by Jaeden Lieberher,Bill Hader will be playing the role Ritchie Tozier, Jay Ryan will play the role of Ben Hanscom, the chubby kid, Andy Bean will play the role of Stanley Uris. Isaiah Mustafa will play Mike Hanlon.
