Dwayne Johnsons Action adventure film rampage will be hitting the big screens worldwide on April 13. Based on the classic 1980s video game of the same title, the film is about a gorilla (Jason Liles), a crocodile and a wolf that are destroying a city. Dwayne Johnson, who plays primatologist Davis Okoye, is the only one who can stop them. Directed by Brad Peyton, the film also stars Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Jake Lacy, Joe Manganiello and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. P.J. Byrne, Marley Shelton, Jack Quaid, Matt Gerald and Jason Liles.
In the latest promo of his upcoming action adventure film Rampage, Dwayne Johnson is seen running for his life from three mutated monstrous animals, an albino gorilla, a crocodile and a wolf. Primatologist Davis Okoye(Dwayne Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable and unbreakable bond with George the gorilla, the extraordinarily intelligent, albino gorilla who has been in his care most of its life. But a mysterious genetic experiment mutates this once gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered that the wolf (Ralph) and crocodile (Lizzie) have undergone similar changes. As these newly created predators battle each other for supremacy and tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Davis Okoye(Dwayne Johnson) teams up with genetic engineer Dr. Kate Caldwell to secure an antidote. The two fight their way through the battlefield, not only to stop a global catastrophe, but also to save the fearsome beast that was once Okoye’s friend.
Dwayne Johnson has a lot of fame in the Hollywood film industry, his recent film Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was also a high grossing film of 2018.
Rampage was set to open in the US on April 20, but the studio moved it up a week to get some breathing room from Avengers: Infinity War which is going a weekend earlier on April 27.
