Here is the One of the biggest changes, which will begin on Monday 9 April, is to the app controls on Facebook.
Facebook is removing unnecessary apps which are connected to your profile have cautions to leak privacy.
In a blog about the changes, Mike Schroepfer, Chief Technology Officer at Facebook, said: “Starting on Monday, April 9, we’ll show people a link at the top of their News Feed so they can see what apps they use — and the information they have shared with those apps.
“People will also be able to remove apps that they no longer want.
As major changes in Other key changes include the removal of the ability to search for friends by their phone number and the announcement that Facebook will delete all call and text logs older than one year.
Overall, we believe these changes will better protect people’s information while still enabling developers to create useful experiences.
