A stuntman has been badly injured on the sets of Fast And Furious 9 which has caused the production to go to halt, the crew member has been admitted in the hospital and has received some serious head injuries the news was confirmed after the accident took place at the sets.

The spokesperson said in an interview “We had an injury on the set of Fast 9 today in Leavesden with one of our stuntmen. We have halted production for the day to focus on this situation, An ambulance, three ambulance officer vehicles and Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were called to Leavesden Studios shortly before midday today (July 22), following reports of a man injured in a fall. One patient with a serious head injury was transported to the Royal London Hospital by air ambulance.”

Hollywood stars Charlize Theron and Hellen Mirren are all set for a return to the fast and furious franchise and they will be seen in the upcoming Fast and Furious 9 film.

The duo will be joining Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Ludacris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel and John Cena, Finn Cole, Anna Sawai and Vinnie Bennet.

Charlize Theron will be reprising her role as the cyber terrorist cipher and Hellen Mirren will be playing the role Magdalene Shaw the mother of Deckard Shaw which was played by Jason Statham. Both the characters had made her their debut in the film Fate Of The Furious.

Fast and Furious 9 is all set for a May 2020 release.
