Director Jeff Fowler has announced that Sonic The Hedgehog has been delayed for three months as the film was first slated for a November 7 release the film will now be releasing on February 14 2020 as the film is going through some changes as sonic’s character had faced some criticism.

Actor Ben Schwartz voices the character of Sonic The Hedgehog and the film also stars James Marden and Jim Carrey in the lead roles. Jeff Fowler made this announcement via twitter where he posted “Taking a little more time to make Sonic just right.”

Paramount pictures had just released the trailer a month ago the film is also starring James Marsden who will be playing the role of a goofy cop and whereas Jim Carrey he will be playing the role of a villain and Sonic’s arch nemesis who wants to capture him and sabotage all his plans. The CGI the visuals of the film are all on point and we can surely say that the film will be having a blast in the box office.Towards the end of the trailer we find out that Jim Carrey is Doctor Eggman the famous villain from the actual game.

The official synopsis of the film reads out “Sheriff and San Francisco Police Department officer Tom Wachowski journeys from Green Hills, Montana, to San Frnacisco, to assist Sonic, an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog who can run at incredible speeds, evade capture by the government, collect his rings, and defeat the insane scientist Doctor Eggman.”
