Parwaaz Hai Junoon faces Censorship Hazards!
Bad news pouring in for fans as the much awaited film Parwaaz Hai Junoon which was all set to release this Eid-ul-Azha has suffered a delay.
The Central Board of Film Censors’s have expressed their concerns regarding the film’s interpretation of Pakthoons.
A premiere was to be held on Sunday in Karachi, but got cancelled at the eleventh hour.
Guests were informed about the delay with a welcome note placed at the entrance to the multiplex building which read:
“It is to inform everyone that the premiere of HUM films titled Parwaaz Hai Junoon has been cancelled due to the title not having been cleared by the Central Board of Film Censors, Islamabad.”

Captain of the ship Haseeb Hassan confirmed the news to Celebdhaba:
“Yes, it’s true. We are sorting out the issues with censor board and hopefully the film will be cleared soon”
Sources reveal that the Sindh and Punjab had already cleared the movie. It was a particular scene after intermission, in which characters were seen using a particular accent that caused issues with censorship board in Islamabad.
