The film earned a whopping Rs 34.75 crore at the box office on Friday and 38.67 crore on Saturday.
The Sanjay Dutt biopic made a total of Rs 46.71 crore on Sunday, thereby taking the film’s total to a massive figure of Rs 120.06 crore beating Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer Race 3 to become the highest opener of the year so far.
It has also created ‘history’ by ‘demolishing’ the highest-single day record of Baahubali 2.
This makes Sanju the film with the highest weekend collection this year.
