Khan was asked about Priyanka’s sudden exit from his film “Bharat”. At first, he tried dodging the question like he does best, but then the actor said…

“I am really happy for her. If we had known that she has signed a big film in Hollywood, then we wouldn’t have stopped her. But, we got to know about it at the end moment and that too 10 days before the start of shooting. I had started shooting already and then we got to know that she wants to leave the film.”

The superstar further revealed that PeeCee had said something else when she left the project. “That time some other reasons were given to us,” he said. When asked if the reason was Priyanka’s alleged wedding plans with Nick Jonas, he said, “That might be the reason but this (her new Hollywood project) is also a reason. Whatever reason it is, whether marriage or film or she does not want to work in India or she does not want to work with me and only Hollywood films and TV shows, it’s her decision.” (Quote & Video Source: pinkvilla)

Mean while Priyanka touched down in Delhi from Singapore last afternoon and in the evening, she was spotted at Mumbai’s Kalina airport with her mom Madhu Chopra.

The 36-year-old actress appears to have started filming her upcoming Hindi film The Sky Is Pink and in between, she took off time to sweat it out at the gym. “In between sets,” she captioned her post, adding the hashtags ‘Selfie First’ and ‘Training Day.’
