Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton who had halted the production of Shang-Chi in Australia as his doctor suggested him to go into self-quarantine as the actor has symptoms of Covid 19. However the filmmaker tested negative for coronavirus.

The Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton posted on his official Instagram handle where he wrote “During my weekend of isolation away from my family, I had a lot of time to ponder this interesting moment in history that our second child was born into, a time full of opinions and division, where scientific truths are debated and brushed off as political spins, But in the midst of this storm, while staring up at a spot on my hotel ceiling that I swear looked exactly like a bunny, I could see something really quite beautiful happening. People all around the world are beginning to realize how connected we are, how vulnerable we are, how much we need each other to survive. I am happy to say that my test came back negative, but I will continue to be even more careful in the days ahead.”

Shang Chi who is the master of Kung Fu and is born in China will be the first ever Asian superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe however he does not consists of any superpowers like all the others in he can only control the life force which is called Chi and it is really hard to say where the makers will be fitting him now that Marvel has some really powerful superheroes including Captain Marvel.

It is still unknown when Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings will continue its shooting.
