The handsome, talented and determined Shazli Hafeez Khan, who is more commonly known as Shaz Khan, will be seen flying planes on the big screen in the much-awaited war movie ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’.  However, he will also soon be gracing the small screens with ‘Lamhe’, an upcoming drama on Hum TV wherein he will be working alongside Zara Noor Abbas, as reported by Images.

When asked the reason behind taking up the project, he said that he found the story too enticing and that it was the only reason why he signed up for it.

Lamhe will see Khan immigrating to London after the demise of his dad on his grandmother’s insistence and then returning to tend to her and getting back to his roots.

The actor who was last seen in Dobara Phir Se has mainly gained fame and recognition for his work in films although he has also acted in quite a few dramas. However, the actor is loyal to his work and believes that a role is a role, whether it’s for a film or a drama. He says: “I don’t distinguish between drama and film. For me, as an actor, the approach is the same. That being said, I feel it’s more demanding to act for TV because in film, we shoot three to four scenes a day. Dramas are more intense and demand many more scenes in a day. It’s almost thrice the number of scenes than a film’s shoot.”

However, being focused on his work, the actor over time has learnt how to make things easier for himself. He says: “As an actor, we have to do our homework and be prepared so that we are relaxed during the shoots and can portray our characters with ease. That’s when you start discovering the depths of your character and the story.”
