Shweta Bachchan’s act with father Amitabh Bachchan is pure at heart!

Few months ago, pictures of Big B and Shweta were floating on the internet from the sets of a studio.

Shweta can be seen helping her move around with a walking stick. Shweta’s on screen look is that of a girl next door while Big B sports the look of an aged father.

Amitabh Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda have come together for the very first time on screen and the ad video is out now! It was surprising to see Shweta finally makes her screen debut after so many decades.

Amitabh took to Twitter to share how emotional he is to finally share frame with his daughter. He wrote, “Emotional moment for me .. tears welling up every time I see it .. daughters are the BEST !!”

Kalyan Jewellers ad film starts with her guiding Amitabh through a dusty, old government office granting pension to employees.

They are heckled and pushed as Shweta guides her dad to the table of the concerned government official. It is endearing to see the father-daughter Jodi on screen and it gives us insight into their real-life equation as well.

Big B has been associated as a brand ambassador for since 2012. The ad film depicts various shades of father-daughter relationship. The ad film is scripted by L&K Saatchi & Saatchi and directed by GB Vijay from Sculptors Production.

On professional front, Amitabh will be seen in Ayan Mukherji’s “Bramhastra” and Yash Raj Films “Thugs Of Hindostan“. Big B’s character in the both the projects has been kept under wraps. His last film was 102 Not Out with Rishi Kapoor.

Shweta is married to Delhi-based businessman Nikhil Nanda and they are parents to Navya Naveli and Agastya.

Shweta’s family is in Delhi but she’s often spotted at the Bachchans’ Mumbai residence Jalsa. Shweta is seen at all Bollywood parties
