The Punjab Wildlife Protection and Parks have taken action against Pakistani singer Rabi Pirzada for keeping exotic animals at her home which include 4 pythons and an alligator at her salon in Lahore. The singer has been showcasing pictures of her reptiles on social media because of which The Punjab Wildlife have launched a complaint against her.

DG wildlife Protection Sohail Ashraf spoke to the media saying “Keeping exotic animals including alligators, pythons, snakes and other reptiles as pet was a violation of the Wildlife act and no one could be issued a license to keep them as pets.”

The officer further added on “The violator can face upto two years of imprisonment.” Does that mean Rabi Pirzada would have to face imprisonment? Rabi would have to hand over all her exotic pets to the Wildlife organization and she may possibly face imprisonment.
