Tom And Jerry Live action film will be coming out early. The filmamkers have confirmed that they have shifted the movie’s release date to a December 2020 release instead of a 2021 release.
The makers are currently recruiting the gang for the film and the film will be starring Colin Jost, Chloe Grace Moretz and Michael Pena, the new memebers recruited in the project are Ken Jeong, Rob Delaney, Jordan Bolger and Pallavi Sharda and the film will be helmed by Tim Story.
The upcoming Tom and Jerry film will be seeing Tom and Jerry being kicked out of the house and they relocate themselves in a hotel in New York. The hotel employs a new event manager Kayla however she will lose her employment if she is not able to evict Jerry from the Hotel before a grand wedding which will be taking place in the hotel.
What will be her solution, maybe she will be hiring Tom the cat to chase down jerry out of the hotel well this question will only be answered when the film comes out. Tim story is also executive producing the project alongside Adam Goodman and the film is being produced by Chris DeFaria.
Tom and Jerry began their series back in 1940 and they were created by the legendary William Hanna and Joseph Barbara, the series centered around the mouse and cat who ran all over the house fighting each other. Seven of the shorts released by MGM had won Oscars from 1943 to 1953 and they also got their film full length film in 1993’s Tom and Jerry: The movie.
Tom and Jerry live action film is under the production and it will surely be bringing back many memories from the childhood.
