Sony has pushed back the release date of the film Uncharted which will be starring Tom Holland in the titular role who will be playing Nathan Drake in the film. The film will be based on Sony’s famous game uncharted and it has been reported that the film will be a prequel to the stories of the game.

Mark Wahlberg will also be starring in the upcoming film Uncharted alongside Tom Holland who will be playing the role of Nathan Drake. According to reports Mark Wahlberg will be playing the role of Sully the closest friend of Nathan and his guide who always gets him out of trouble.

The film is based on the story of Nathan Drake who is a treasure hunter and the film will be focusing on the adventures of Nathan Drake. The film will be directed by Travis Knight who had also directed the film Bumblebee the film will be showing us the first adventure of Nathan Drake where he will be encountering Professional Rogue Sullivan. The project was under the works since January however after the exit of director Shawn Levy,now it looks like finally the film will be getting a director and will be going on the floor.

The makers have pushed back the release date as they first roped in Travis Knight as the director after Shawn Levy however the director broke the terms and it has been reported that Zombieland director Ruben Fliescher will be directing the Uncharted film.Art Marcum and Matt Holloway have written the screenplay for the film.
