The first trailer of Wonder Woman 1984 is out and the trailer is full of action packed scenes. The film will be based on the events after the first part of the film. The film has the theme of the 1980’s as it will be based in 1984.

Wonder Woman 1984 will be taking Princess Diana back to the 1980’s where she will be fighting her arch nemesis Cheetah who is played by Kristen Wiig. Chris Pine returns as Steve Trevor, The film is being produced by Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder, Zack Snyder, Patty Jenkins, Stephen Jones and Gal Gadot, Rebecca Roven Oakley, Richard Suckle, Wesley Coller, Geoff Johns and Walter Hamada are the executive producers. Production of the film has taken place in Washington, D.C., Alexandria, Virginia, and in the UK, Spain and the Canary Islands.

At first the film was scheduled for a 2019 release however because of some problem the makers had to push it back director Patty Jenkins was really frustrated with the delay of the film. The director said in an interview “I can’t wait! I can’t believe it’s so funny, for all the entire time that we were making the movie, I was lobbying. They were wanting to move it up much earlier. And I was like ‘You guys, it’s got to be the summer of 2020, like it’s got to be!’ And that was what I always wanted, and now, I’ve just screened a version of the film and I’m like ‘Oh my God, can we move it back up again?’ I’m dying to release this film! But of course it’s good and it’s fine, but it’s frustrating to have to wait.”
